Introduction
The main components of Selenium Amino Acid Chelate are methionine
and selenium, which exist in chelated form.
Methionine selenium is an organic selenium feed additive formed by
the chemical bond between selenium atoms and methionine molecules.
Selenium replaces the sulfur atom position in methionine molecules,
forming a special organic compound. This structure gives selenium
better biological activity and stability, making it easier for
animal organisms to absorb and utilize.
The absorption of methionine selenium in animal intestines is
mainly carried out through the amino acid transport system. Because
its chemical structure is similar to methionine, it can utilize the
absorption pathway of methionine to enter the bloodstream of

Functions
1. Antioxidant effect. Selenin is mainly found in animals in the
